In today's world it seems like most of us are constantly on the go. Whether you're a full time working parent, or a stay at home parent…spending the day at the office then rushing home to your kids, or running around to soccer games, school plays and doctors appointments… it's always a challenge to find ways to ensure your kids are getting healthy, quality meals or snacks on the go.

A company called Zak! recognizes the need for a solution. You stick the cover in the freezer for a few hours and the gel freezes. Fill the container with your child's meal or snack, put the cover on and go! The EZ Freeze gel keeps food, drinks and snacks cold for 2 to 4 hours!

Zak! even makes some combination containers such as "Cereal on the Go", which has two separate containers that screw together. The bottom part contains the EZ Freeze gel for you to put the milk. The top part is where you put the dry cereal - and there's even a built in spoon nestled inside the cover! The two parts twist together to form an adorable portable healthy meal for your child that she can enjoy anywhere! Mine has the Disney Princesses on it, and the EZ Freeze gel is pink!

My personal favorite, though, is the EZ Freeze Snack 'n' Dip. This container, showing my son's pal Spiderman, is a bowl that has an additional smaller covered section built into the main cover for you to put dip. I freeze the cover, fill the top with his favorite ranch dip and throw some baby carrots in the bottom. Viola! A healthy, nutritious snack that he has fun eating anywhere we go! My niece, who only eats chicken nuggets and breakfast bars, was so interested in this colorful contraption that even she picked up a carrot, dipped it and took a bite.
