What happened in April 2005? As far as I am concerned there were two very important births; my oldest son and the adorable children’s clothing company Tiny Bubbles.

Based in Barrington, RI (a beautiful town in the East Bay of Rhode Island, by the way), Tiny Bubbles was created by Barbara (aka “Bubbles”) Guglielmo who began making children’s clothing after the birth of her first child. What began as a small launch of monogrammed t-shirts has now evolved in to a boutique-style line of fashionable children’s clothing.

The design of the clothing is classic, sweet, comfortable, and modern. The pants, dresses, tops, and loungewear allow little boys and girls to look like little boys and girls. You won’t find any low-riders, halter tops, or muscle shirts at Tiny Bubbles; only delightful dresses, playful overalls, puffy-sleeve shirts, and age-appropriate hems. “The unique, whimsical styles reflect Barbara’s artistic vision and the spirit of today’s child.”

Made only of premium, natural fabrics, the majority of the clothing from Tiny Bubbles is manufactured in the United States…how many companies can say that anymore!? In addition, all items in the collections (adorably named after Barbara’s own children or family members), are custom-ordered and may be monogrammed for that extra couture feeling.

My personal favorite is the Robin Dress, which is a precious A-line, sleeveless dress made of Pima wale pique, with contrast ric rac stitching. Perfectly monogrammed with your child’s initial on one of the front pockets, this dress would be envied by the likes of the trendiest Hollywood babies!
