Shortly after we purchased our first home, the door bell rang and a cheerful man introduced himself as the "Milkman". He explained he could come three times a week and would be happy to deliver fresh milk to us in glass bottles if we chose his service. He noticed our young son beside me, smiled at him and said "I have donuts in the truck if you would like one!". Yes, this wonderful man had milk, juice, eggs, bread and donuts. Our son was in heaven. We surely had purchased the best house!

So you can imagine how warm and fuzzy I am with my discovery of a great apparel line for children, named The Milkman. This family owned company began production of onesies and toddler tees a year ago. The owners, Alan and Laura are home based in Nashville, Tennessee where each garment is designed and hand screen-printed by Alan himself. "Our goal is to simply provide a fun, hip and refreshing clothing line for babies and toddlers. We feel our fluid lines along with our retro inspired designs are like nothing out there today."

These 100% cotton tees look and feel good. Each thread is pre-washed and pre-faded for that special retro look. They are nicely sized and beautifully stitched with a soft and comfortable tagless neck and a clever logo and easy to read sizing.

I just love their gift packaging option of enclosing the tees in a vintage glass bottle! Although it was difficult to make a decision I chose the trendy earphones and a darling pink onesie sporting a slender guitar. A breathtakingly beautiful design is tree, helicopter has a cute contemporary motif; my very personal favorite is caterpillar winding its way around the side of the shirt. It is especially impressive the way each design is positioned on the garment.
