I am so excited about Christmas this year, I have already started decorating! Yes, it's true, last week I couldn't resist picking out my holiday wreath for the front door and purchasing my first light-up carousel. Even though we are still over a week away from Thanksgiving, I can't contain my excitement for all the fun, friends, family, and excitement that come with Christmas. And the other night after dinner, I played my new favorite holiday CD, Christmas Lullabies to Create Memories, by Paige Stroman, to officially kick-off the festivities!

But before I got too excited about my new CD, I had to make sure it passed the "dance test". You see, if my 2-year old dances to the music, than it is definitely a keeper. And as soon as he heard Track 1, his adorable sway began.

Christmas Lullabies is a collection of 12 Christmas songs containing 6 original and 6 Christmas Classics, such as Jingle Bells, O Come All Ye Faithful, and Silent Night sung by the talented Paige Stroman. Paige has one of the loveliest, gentlest, and smoothest voices I have ever heard.  In fact, the moment I heard her first song, I instantly relaxed and let her voice carry me away.

Christmas Lullabies is the perfect CD for some quiet time while the kids unwind, or when driving around town looking at the holiday lights, or as a soft sound for your baby to help him/her drift to sleep.  I kept thinking as I listened to the songs, if I had a new baby, this would be such a beautiful way to help them relax at night.

This year for Christmas, more than ever, I want to make my home warm, sweet-smelling, and filled with good food and lots of love for my boys, just like when I was little. I can't wait to watch them hang their ornaments on the tree and wake up Christmas morning in their new footed-pajamas.  And to make the atmosphere perfect, I will fill the air with the melodious sounds of Paige Stroman and her Christmas Lullabies to Create Memories, as we make our Christmas memories.
