So the story goes, when I was 3 years old, I was obsessed with a particular dress and insisted on wearing it EVERY day. My Mom was so awesome, she would hand wash it at night so I could wear it the next day. But the problem was, I grew up in New England where the temperature can be 80° F one day, and 40° F the next (like this week for example!).
