Being the youngest of four children, I know first-hand what it's like to want to do "what the big kids are doing". And now that I have two boys, I can see how badly my baby boy wants to keep up with his big brother. He wants to walk, talk, and sit up at the kitchen table like "a big boy".  Unfortunately, I can't solve the walking and talking issues, but I can help him at mealtime thanks to my new favorite find, the KABOOST.

Invented by Amir Levin, Founder and CEO of the BOOST Corporation, the KABOOST is a compact and portable chair booster that raises the height of most kitchen and dining room chairs so your child can sit at the table with the other big boys and girls. Developed for children ages 20 months to 6 years, the KABOOST can hold up to 300 pounds of weight. Once taken out of the box, the KABOOST was a snap to assemble on to the base of my kitchen chair. With four spring-loaded arms, the KABOOST stretches to accommodate most 4-legged chairs, with both round and square legs. 

A few things really impressed me about the design and features of the KABOOST, such as 1) it stays attached even when the chair is moved, 2) it is engineered to improve chair stability and reduces the risk of rocking/tipping in the chair, 3) it is available in three fun colors and 4) it has rubberized feet so my floor won't get scratched! I also love it's small size and light weight (only 3.5 lbs), so it can easily be folded and brought when eating at restaurants or even Grandma's house.
