As a mom of two picky eaters, I am always open to advice and suggestions from others on broadening my children's diets. For example, one of my best friends told me to always introduce a new food with a fun name. So, the first time I introduced banana bread to my older son (laced with extra bananas!), I called it "Mama's special bread" and it worked like a charm! He inhaled two pieces.

Another special person in my life told me to make the process of eating fun for my boys. She suggested serving food in muffin tins or on fun plates, as well as using fancy straws.
