Like most new mothers I was completely filled with joy after the birth of my daughter and also completely unprepared for how demanding such a little person could be! I was overwhelmed with my new job as a mom and tried to do everything just right. My daughter was a fussy one! She wanted to be held, rocked, bounced or walked constantly. When people would advise me that she needed lots of tummy time I would feel panicked! I couldn't even put her down to a eat a meal or shower, how would I ever get her to lie on her tummy!!!
